The food and service were simply amazing! There is something for everyone. We ordered appams, garlic naan and butter chicken. The appam was delish and very authentic served with coconut milk and several different chutneys. Best of all was the service. They checked on us multiple times and made sure we were happy with the food. Highly recommend!
I couldn't decide which Indian restaurant to eat at. Anjappar had a decent crowd so I decided to go here. There were lots of Indians eating in here, which means that is good! We started off with the chicken tikka. We were served 2 drumsticks, I thought I would get more chicken, but it was very good. I also had the briyani rice and daal. Would come back.
Good orders but small portions so it ended up being fairly pricey for a lunch - we paid $25 per person and I wasn't terribly full after. I'd try some other places before venturing back here.
This is our favourite place to eat in this area of Little India. It's a simple place with fairly brisk service and really excellent food quality. My husband thinks they make the best Chicken Tikka in Singapore. I tend to go for their Dosa and vegetarian dishes. Really you can't go wrong unless you order the fish special. Don't do that.
